Prime Minister Phan Van Khai's US Visit

phanvankhai_bush_172.jpgPrime Minister of the Socialist Repulic of Vietnam H.E. Phan Van Khai visits the United States of America from June 19 to June 25 2005.

The Prime Minister's first stop is Seattle where he visits a Vietnamese family, meets with top executives of Boeing, Microsoft, GAP and Nike.

On June 21, Prime Minister Phan Van Khai meets with President Bush at the White House and oversees the signing of some business contracts and agreements at the Department of Commerce. He also meets with Congress leaders and senior administration officials.

On June 23, the Prime Minister rings the opening bell at New York Stock Exchange. On his stop in Boston on June 24, the Prime Minister visits Harvard University and the MIT.
